The College wants employees and their dependents to have an opportunity to complete an undergraduate college education. To that end, the College supports three tuition benefit programs: Tuition remission, Transcripted courses and Enrichment courses. Tuition remission and tuition grants are designed to “bridge the gap” between resources available to the employee and the cost of a college degree. Therefore, both programs operate on the assumption that the employee will use all other assistance available first, applying Wilmington College assistance to the remaining tuition.
