7.3 Solicitation and Distribution

Limited to those hours that are not considered to be working time.  “Working time” includes the time during which an employee is scheduled to work, and does not include scheduled rest periods, meal breaks, and other specified times when employees are not expected to be working. In addition, the distribution of advertising materials, handbills, or other literature is prohibited in all working areas during the working time of either employee. No employee shall interrupt another employee during working time for the purpose of solicitation.

On-campus solicitation or distribution or material or literature of any kind for any purpose by non-employees of the College is prohibited.
